About Crenns
Unlike several landlords with large portfolios, Crenns actually own their properties keeping prices low and allowing for a personalised rental experience. This also means you will avoid paying any sort of agency fees and you will deal directly with them rather than having to go through a representative.
What's Included
With Crenns all the bills are included so you don't need to worry about setting anything up when you arrive -- this includes council tax, electric, gas, water, tv and tv licence. The flats are fully furnished so all bed linens, cutlery and crockery is provided. They also include a weekly cleaner that comes in to clean the common areas of the flat.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely. Crenns are great at being flexible and if you wish to extend your stay you just need to let them know.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
You do, Crenns require a deposit of the equivalent of one month's rent to secure your room. Your deposit is also registered with a government accredited tenancy deposit scheme (TDP) which means it is held by a third party and you get a receipt and the refund criteria in writing.
What is the minimum time I can be a Tenant for?
The minimum contract length is 1 month. You can then opt to stay longer if you like.
Can I pre-book or reserve rooms in advance?
You absolutely can! Part of what makes Crenns such a great option is that you can arrange a room in advance and save yourself the stress of finding accommodation once you arrive.
How much notice do I need to give?
You're required to give one month's notice before moving out.
Can I share a room?
You absolutely can. If you're coming over with a friend or partner and want to save on accommodation this is a great way to go about it. Crenns offer single, double or twin rooms so you can opt for your own or to share, whatever your preference.
